Blog of Note: Pure Beauty ♥

Meet Sarah from Pure Beauty . A Natural Apostolic Blog :)
I like this blog because its cute, and fun! Sarah is still in high school so this blog will show you natural hair from her perspective. She is just starting out her journey to loving her natural hair! It is exciting to see a young and beautiful girl who loves modesty and holiness as well. Sarah, you are awesome girl!
Among posts about natural hair she also posts just because she enjoys writing and journalism. In addition, she writes about modest fashion! Its chocked full of fun info :)
1. How long have you been natural?
I've been natural for a full month! Right now my hair is straightened because i wanted to see if it grew. But I'm going back to no heat and this time I plan on doing it for about 4 to 5 months. Maybe more.
2. What inspired you to start a blog?
My journalism teacher inspired me to start a blog. I love to write. The thought of sending my articles and other things that I write to a newspaper scared me so I started a blog.
3. Why have you made the decision not to cut/trim your hair?
I've decided to to cut/trim my hair because my hair is my glory. Ever since I was a kid my mother always told me my hair is my glory. I also made the decision to never cut or trim my hair because now a days girls are cutting their hair so short that long hair is not cool anymore. If I, or any of my friends for that matter, walk into a room with long, fixed up hair, we automatically stand out. And that's what we were made to do.
4. Why is natural hair beautiful to you?
At first natural wasn't beautiful to me because I went natural to see if I could please people. (My sister went natural and EVERYBODY loved it!) So I went natural....and nobody liked it! So I just want to say that going natural....you have to go natural for yourself. You have to embrace yourself, and say I'm doing this for myself. I love it and that's all that matters. In the beginning I didn't think being natural would be this fun, but I found later on in the road that it actually increased my confidence! Being natural is beautiful because it's different, it's unique, and it's healthy!
5. What can we expect to see on your blog?
You can expect so see some hair tutorials! I'm going to try to do that just to show how I do my hair. And also you can expect a post about Modesty! So many people think that modesty and what we wear is unimportant because God looks on the inside, but there is soooo much more!

So I hope that you check out her blog!
