Thank you to all who voted. I wanted to see what type of representation I had on the blog. It seems that the majority of you are natural or well on your way to doing so! That is GREAT! For those who are relaxed, I encourage you to consider going natural.

The other day I went into Sallys and I was looking at a "black hair care" magazine. I was shocked and sick to my stomach to see that every single picture in that magazine (save a few pictures of dreadlocks) the black women had straight hair, weaves or a wig! It was sickening, really! What kind of picture has been painted before us of natural hair?

I pray the natural hair community grows. We need support and encouragement. Be encouraged that what you are doing is right!!
